How it works

Three steps, about a minute.

  1. 1

    Upload your resume

PDF, Word, Pages, Markdown, text, or a photo or scan. Once is enough.

You getYour whole history kept, so every new job starts from it.

  2. 2

    Add the job post

Paste it, drop in the link or upload the file.

You getYour match for the job, and what it asks for that your resume doesn't show yet.

  3. 3

    Review and download

Check each change, add what's missing in your own words, and keep what you like.

You getThe resume and its cover letter as PDF, Word, Markdown or text, and job posts you might like, each with your match.

Why not do it yourself with AI?

You can. But before a person reads your resume, software does: a parser pulls the text out of your file, then a search, a ranking or an AI screener works on it. Knowing what those systems read well takes research most people don't have time for.

That know-how is built into cvagent.ai, so the research is already done.

The job post's own words, where they're true

Searches match the post's terms better than a paraphrase. Where your resume shows something the post names, we use the post's word for it, and show you the count before and after.

A file parsers can read

One column of real text, standard section names and one date format. No tables, text boxes or images.

Read back before you download

We pull the text back out of your PDF the way a parser does and tell you whether every line came through in order.

Every change shown

A chatbot rewrites freely. Here each change sits next to your original, and anything you can't back up stays a gap until you say it's true.

This helps software read and find what you've done. It can't change your answers to screening questions, and nobody can promise an interview.
